Without a little bit of a struggle here and there, we would have no story to tell. It’s okay. Six-second deep breath in. Six-second exhale. Repeat until calm. We all have battles of our own - self-confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, self-worth, family, friendships, relationships, identity, finances, substance abuse, school, work, etc. A few kind words and/or a nice deed can make such a huge difference.
